The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the architectural and construction design of an apartment building in the city district of Brno - Chrlice. The goal of the architectural and urban planning solution was to create a modern, functional and valuable object for permanent residence. The proposed object is accessible from a side road, while the given land falls within the cadastral territory of Chrlice. Parking spaces are designed on the property, including a parking space for people with limited mobility. The entrance to the building is barrier-free. It is a five-story detached building with one underground floor and four above-ground floors. The apartment building contains a total of ten apartment units of various sizes (2-room, 3-room and 4-room). In the underground floor there are technical and social spaces, including a social room, garden furniture storage, bicycle storage and cellar cubicles. The building is based on reinforced concrete foundation strips, the load-bearing structural system consists of reinforced concrete monolithic walls in the underground floor. In the above-ground floors, the load-bearing structural system is also made up of monolithic reinforced concrete walls and Porotherm ceramic blocks. The building is insulated with the ETICS contact insulation system using XPS in the underground floor and EPS in the above-ground floors. The roof of the building is a single-layer flat roof with an embankment. Ceiling structures are designed as reinforced concrete monolithic slabs. The staircase is also reinforced concrete monolithic.

Otázky komise - proč studentka navrhovala do pokojů posuvné dveře? - Jak funguje pojistný přepad? A v jaké pozici jsou v projektu navrženy?
