This bachelor's thesis focuses on the preparation of project documentation for a newly built family house, which is designed as a nearly zero-energy building. An important design criterion was to ensure that the house fits into the existing residential development and does not disturb the neighbors through its operation. The building is located on a sloping plot in the cadastral area of the town of Bučovice. The specific terrain profile required a well-thought-out placement of the structure, which allowed for the integration of a one-car garage directly into the ground floor. Additionally, the driveway to the garage is designed to provide two more outdoor parking spaces for passenger cars. The building is designed as a single-story structure with a partial basement, and its construction is topped by a single-skin roof designed to meet the strict thermal and technical requirements of the building. The layout of the basement is divided into a main social area and a technical area. It features a spacious kitchen connected to the living room, which offers direct access to the garden terrace. This living zone is complemented by a second social room, which can serve, for example, as a music room. The utility facilities on this floor include a laundry room, a technical room, a pantry, a walk-in closet, and sanitary facilities comprising a bathroom and a toilet. The ground floor, on the other hand, is primarily designated as a quiet zone. It includes three separate rooms and a master bedroom with its own walk-in closet. The comfort of the residents on this floor is further enhanced by a shared bathroom, a toilet, and an additional separate walk-in closet. A practical feature of the entire design is the integration of a separate room for storing garden tools and furniture into the building's volume, with convenient access provided by an independent entrance directly from the exterior. During the preparation of all project documentation, the laws and building standards of the Czech Republic in effect at the time of the submission of this thesis were fully respected.

Student seznámil komisi se svým bakalářským projektem. Představil situaci širších vztahů, základní informace o budově architektonické řešení. Na následujícím snímku uvedl i konstrukční systém budovy. Následně student odpovídal na přpomínky oponenta. Otázky komise: Doc. Bečkovský se zeptal na otázku týkající se větrání. Student odpověděl. Na následující otázku k detailu střešní atiky student odpověděl, odpovídal i na doplňující otázky. Na další otázku, proč si student při návrhu stavby zvolil vápenopískové tvárnice, odpověděl. Student odpovídal na otázky, z jakého materiálu jsou navržené dveře, co je smyslem výkresu tvaru stropu a kdo využívá tento výkres nejvíce a proč. Na následující otázky student odpovídal s velmi dobrým přehledem. Student s velmi dobrým přehledem zaujímal odborná stanoviska ke všem připomínkám oponenta a velmi dobře reagoval i na všechny otázky členů komise, které byly k obhajované práci položeny.
