Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a new apartment building located in the outskirts of the city of Česká Třebová. The building includes twelve residential units with a 3+kk layout. The project documentation is prepared at the stage for the construction in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. and contains parts A - Accompanying document, B - Summary technical report, D - Object documentation, assessment from the point of view of building physics (acoustics, daylighting, insolation, thermal technical assessment). The proposed new apartment building has a basement. The building is designed as a free-standing building with three above-ground and one underground floor. The layout of the building takes into account the orientation to the cardinal points. The entrance to the building is oriented to the north and the windows of the living rooms to the south. The ground plan of the building is based on three rectangles. The main part of the rectangular ground plan contains living spaces, while the two adjacent smaller ones contain stair corridors.
The load-bearing system is made of ceramic wall blocks and reinforced concrete ceilings.
The building is based on plain concrete strips in the basement part.
The apartment building is covered with a hipped roof with wooden trusses above the apartment units. The perimeter shell of the building is insulated with a contact insulation system of the ETICS type, while the facade surface is made of silicate plaster in white.
As part of the design of the apartment building, a visualization of the building is also processed, which serves to facilitate the spatial perception of the final appearance of the building.

Studentka pomocí powerpointové prezentace představila svou práci „Bytový dům“ situovanou do města Česká Třebová. Během obhajoby práce uvedla: - Charakteristiku lokality. - Základní popis stavby včetně dispozičního řešení jednotlivých podlaží BD. - Konstrukční a materiálové řešení objektu. Studentka dále objasnila a zodpověděla dotazy a připomínky oponenta práce: 1. Z výkresu C.3 koordinační situační výkres není jasné, na jakou komunikaci se napojuje sjezd ze zpevněných ploch navazujících k objektu, je třeba ověřovat viditelnost pomocí rozhledového trojúhelníku? 2. Uveďte náležitosti výkresu C.3 koordinační situační výkres dle Vyhlášky č. 131/2024 Sb. O dokumentaci staveb. 3. Je vhodné nenavrhnout základový pás pod nástupní rameno schodiště? 4. Jakým způsobem budou u střešního pláště řešeny hřebeny a úžlabí. Při stávajícím zvoleném tvaru a uspořádání dřevěných vazníků v těchto kritických místech není zajištěna dostatečná podpora pro krytinu a oplechování. 5. Jakým způsobem je navrženo provětrávání podstřešního prostoru. Uveďte výpočet minimální plochy přiváděcích a odváděcích otvorů dvouplášťových střech. 6. Uvažujeme při statickém návrhu příhradového vazníku tento jako prostý nosník? V závěru byly podány další otázky od členů zkušební komise: - Proč jste dům řešila jako pavlačový? - Je pavlač zasklená? Odborná rozprava Studentka dále objasnila a zodpověděla následující dotazy: - Jak zajistíte krytí váztuže v podkladní betonové mazanině? - Jaké zatížení působí v zádkladech, jak by jste řešila základovou konstrukci? Studentka s velmi dobrým přehledem zaujímala odborná stanoviska ke všem připomínkám oponenta a velmi dobře reagovala i na všechny otázky členů komise, které byly k obhajované práci položeny.
