This bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of a new family house for the purpose of permanent residence of a five-member family in the peripheral part of the city of Uherský Brod – Havřice. The documentation is prepared at the stage of construction implementation project documentation in accordance with Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. It includes, among other things, parts A – Cover sheet, B – Comprehensive technical report, D – Documentation of objects and expert opinions from the field of building physics, such as acoustics, daylighting, insolation and thermal technical assessment. The designed building has a partial basement with two floors above ground. The building plot, which is located in the western part of the municipality of Uherský Brod on Jabloňová Street, is flat and resembles the shape of an inverted letter L. The terrain is fenced, undeveloped, without mature greenery with a grassy surface. The immediate surroundings of the plot consist of relatively new development of family houses, mainly two-storey detached houses. The proposed family house is located far enough from the plot boundary to ensure that it will not interfere with neighboring buildings. The family house is designed as a detached building, partly as a single-storey building and partly with two floors above ground and one underground floor (uninhabitable basement). The layout and architectural solution reflects the configuration of the terrain, orientation to the cardinal points and the urban context of the location. The driveway and entrance to the house are oriented to the northeast. The layout of the house is divided into a daytime part on the first floor and a night part in the residential attic. The living rooms are oriented to the southwest with the aim of effective use of daylight. The technical facilities of the house are located in the basement of the house. The supporting system of the house consists of wooden cross-laminated NOVATOP (CLT) panels and permanent formwork in the basement part of the house. The building is based on concrete strips with two rows of permanent formwork. The ceiling structure of the above-ground floor consists of ELEMENT system CLT panels, the ceiling part above the basement is designed with a monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The house has a partially flat vegetation roof and partially a sloping gable roof made of OPEN system CLT panels and aluminum rebated roofing. The facade is designed in the single-storey part of the house with a contact insulation system ETICS and in the two-storey part as a ventilated facade finished with wooden cladding. The design also addresses basic technical systems such as heating, rainwater management, cooling and sewage.

Studentka představila komisi svou bakalářskou práci. Na následujících snímcích ukázala lokalitu umístění objektu a základní informace o budově. Následně představila dispoziční řešení, konstrukční systém, řez objektem, technické pohledy a vizualizaci navrženého objektu.
