Abstract:

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the static calculation and design of selected elements of the load-bearing structure of a family house. The objective of this thesis is a detailed design of structural elements in terms of the ultimate limit state (USL). The thesis specifically deals with the design of a perimeter-supported monolithic floor slab, lintels, a girder, a column and a monolithic staircase, including the design of thermal break elements in the connection of the terrace and canopy structures to the main load-bearing structure. In the basement section, a reinforced concrete wall made of concrete shuttering blocks was assessed. To obtain the internal forces, a 3D structural model of the building was created using the SCIA Engineer software. The output of this thesis is a complete structural calculation and engineer drawing of the formwork and reinforcement of selected elements.
