Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of a two-generation detached house in the municipality of Morašice. It is a partially underground new building with two above-ground floors, located on flat terrain at the edge of the built-up area of the municipality. The building is founded on strip footings. Vertical load-bearing structures in the underground part are designed from concrete blocks, while the remaining walls are ceramic, equipped with an external thermal insulation composite system. Horizontal structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The staircase is monolithic. The roofing over the main part of the building as well as over the garage is a gable roof. The underground floor contains technical facilities, and two residential units are designed on the above-ground floors.

Studentka představila komisi svou bakalářskou práci rodinného domu. Na následujících snímcích ukázala lokalitu umístění objektu a základní informace o budově, její dispoziční a architektonické řešení. Následně představila konstrukční řešení stavby. Na závěr odpověděla na otázky oponenta. Otázky komise: - Jaká je v návrhu skladba podlahy suterénu? A co tam chybí? - Co inspirovalo studentku k návrhu krovu? - Jsou překlady dostatečně dimenzované na navržená okna? Studentka se snažila vcelku dobře reagovat na připomínky oponenta a zdůvodňovat svoje navrhovaná řešení, rovněž na většinu otázek členů komise k předložené práci reagovala dobře.
