Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of the possible use of fine-grained concretes available at conventional concrete plants with a maximum aggregate grain size of 8 mm for 3D printing technology. The theoretical part describes the issue of 3D printing properties and the influence of coarse aggregate on key properties in this process. Furthermore, the design approach methods are described, based on which the design methodology is selected in the practical part of the thesis. According to the chosen procedure, reference designs were developed for various combinations of materials and their subsequent optimized variants with the incorporation of coarse aggregate. The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to design recipes with coarse aggregate and then select suitable recipes for test printing based on the determined results.

Student představil komisi formou prezentace svoji bakalářskou práci a reagoval na připomínky a dotazy od oponenta vyjádřené v oponentském posudku i na otázky členů komise, zodpověděl i otázku od vedoucího práce. Během obhajoby položili členové komise následující otázky: Ing. Aleš Jakubík, Ph.D. – Šlo by pracovat s Vaší metodikou k návrhu konkrétního betonu (pevnostní třídy)? Ing. Pavla Matulová, Ph.D. – Ekonomické zhodnocení z čeho jste vycházel? Opravdu by vaše směs vycházela až 10x levněji než komerční směs? prof. Ing. Rudolf Hela, CSc. – Rozdíl cen je opravdu tak velký z důvodu nesušení surovin do pytlované směsi. prof. Ing. Jiří Zach, Ph.D. – V čem se vaše receptury lišily od základní receptury firmy ICE? Jaký byl jejich přínos? Jak byste popsal zkoušení reaktivity urychlovače s cementy? prof. Ing. Karel Dvořák, Ph.D. - Můžu se Vás zeptat na ekologičnost těchto systémů? Jsou opravdu tak dobré a ekologické podle Vás? Student výborně reagoval a zaujímal svoje stanovisko ke všem připomínkám k předložené BP od oponenta i členů komise.
