Abstract:

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is the preparation of project documentation for a
terraced family house. The building is situated on a sloping plot in the village of Prakšice.
The family house is designed as a two-storey building with a partial basement for a
family of four.
The building is founded on strip foundations made of plain concrete. The vertical load
bearing structures are designed from Porotherm ceramic hollow blocks insulated with
an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS). The horizontal load-bearing
structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete structures. The roofing
system consists of a green roof and a walkable terrace. The drawing documentation was
prepared using the Archicad software.

Process of defence

Studentka představila komisi svou bakalářskou práci rodinného domu. Na následujících snímcích ukázala lokalitu umístění objektu a základní informace o budově a její dispoziční řešení. Následně představila konstrukční řešení stavby. Na závěr odpověděla na otázky oponenta. Otázky komise: - Uvažovala studentka se vzduchotechnikou objektu? - Jaké jsou rizika při použití jednoho vtoku? - Jak je řešeno kotvení zábradlí do atiky? Studentka s velmi dobrým přehledem zaujímala odborná stanoviska ke všem připomínkám oponenta a velmi dobře reagovala i na všechny otázky členů komise, které byly k obhajované práci položeny.
