Abstract:

The aim of the Bachelor's thesis is to design a nearly zero-energy two-storey house in the suburban district of Horní Heršpice near Brno.
The house has rectangular shape and it has a gable roof. The ground floor is designed as a social zone with an open plan living room with kitchen and dining area,
a guest room and a utility room and a bathroom. The first floor is a private zone consisting of a master bedroom and two children's rooms, each with a walk-in closet, a study and a bathroom. The house is located on a flat plot. It is founded on concrete strip footings. The load-bearing structure consists of Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) panels insulated with wood-fibre insulation boards in the external walls and roof. Floor structures adjacent to the ground floor are insulated with PIR boards. Openings in the building envelope are fitted with timber-aluminium windows with triple glazing.
The second part of the thesis deals with the design of building services. It includes the design of space heating, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, stormwater management, electrical and data installations, an underground power supply connection, and a photovoltaic system. The space heating is provided by underfloor heating supplied by an air-to-water heat pump with an indoor storage unit. It also provides heat for domestic hot water preparation supply. Stormwater is collected in a storage tank and infiltrated into ground through infiltration blocks. The photovoltaic system consists of twelve roof-mounted panels facing south. The house achieves energy class A according to the energy performance assessment and meets the requirements for a nearly zero-energy building.

1. Popište způsoby návrhu hromosvodu a typy uzemnění? 2. Popište, jaký je rozdíl mezi pojistkou a jističem? 3. Vysvětlete rozdíly mezi jističi typu B16A, C16A, D16A, K16A a Z16A. V jakých instalacích se jednotlivé jističe používají? 4. Jaký je typ vodoměrné šachty v projektu? Jak se řeší šachta v pojízdné ploše? 5. Vysvětlete konstrukční detail nosné stěny a základu. 6. Jak jsou řešeny rozvody vody? Jsou řešeny v předstěně? Student velmi dobře reagoval na připomínky oponenta i členů komise a snažil se zdůvodnit navržená a použitá řešení.
