This Bachelor's thesis describes the design of a two-storey villa for a family of four, situated on a steeply sloping site in Horní Ves. The objective is to create a comprehensive architectural design integrated with sustainable building services to provide high energy autonomy and a healthy indoor environment. The thesis consists of architectural and project documentation and documentation section for heating, ventilation, and electrical systems. The architectural design utilizes the terrain to partly embed the first floor, which serves as a utility and relaxation area featuring two double garages, a utility room, a sauna, and a gym. The second floor consists of the main residential area, divided into a social zone with an open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area connected to a covered terrace, and a private zone with three bedrooms. One bedroom provides access to a rear terrace with a swimming pool. Foundations consist of concrete strip footings. The first-floor envelope is cast-in-place reinforced concrete with stone cladding, while the second floor uses ceramic blocks with a timber rainscreen. The timber roof system combines a central flat extensive green roof and two gable roofs with an exposed timber truss structure. The building services design focuses on achieving energy class A. Space heating is provided by an inverter-controlled ground-to-water heat pump with deep boreholes and a low-temperature underfloor heating system. Air quality is managed by a central Zehnder ComfoAir Q600 ST unit with CO₂ sensors. A 10.0 kWp hybrid photovoltaic system with 10,6 kWh LiFePO4 battery storage. Water management includes a pressure booster station, an on-site domestic wastewater treatment plant, and a stormwater tank capturing water for plant irrigation. Key building services are integrated into a central interface for optimized energy management.

Student nejprve představil svou bakalářskou práci formou prezentace v PowerPointu, kde popsal Návrh vily ve svahu. Vyjádřil se k připomínkám oponenta a odpovídal na připomínky členů komise. 1. Vysvětlete a popište rozdíl mezi sítěmi TN-C, TN-S a TN-C-S? 2. Popište zóny v koupelnách dle ČSN 33 2000-7-701 ed. 3 ? 3. Z jakého důvodu jste použil proudové chrániče typu „A“ a ne typ „AC“ na světelné i zásuvkové obvody, vysvětlete rozdíly mezi těmito proudovými chrániči? 4. Jak je řešena v projektu dešťová voda? 5. Proč není v objektu uvažováno chlazení? Případně jak byste v objektu chladil? 6. Jak je vhodné křížení vedení sítí? 7. Vysvětlete skladba podlahy S4. 8. Vysvětlete výškové uspořádaní rozvodu vody? Je vhodné jej vést v příčce. 9. Jak je ovládán datový kabel u brány? Student výborně reagoval a zaujal stanoviska ke všem připomínkám k předložené bakalářské práci od oponenta i členů komise.
