This bachelor thesis focuses on the conceptual design of a robotic workstation for automated workpiece exchange on a three-axis CNC milling machine. The goal of the thesis is to achieve higher production autonomy by eliminating the human factor in workpiece handling. The work addresses the system layout of the cell, the integration of handling equipment, and the development of technical hardware for automatic workpiece clamping. The structural design includes an end effector with an integrated cleaning system, a stationary re-gripping station for changing the part orientation, and a high-capacity magazine for long-term unattended operation.

Študent zoznamuje komisiu s témou práce, rozoberá jej ciele a problematiku. Prechádza k analýze problematiky a prezentuje svoje výsledky. Dochádza k prečítaniu posudku oponenta a vedúceho práce. Nasledujú otázky oponenta. Študent odpovedá na tri otázky oponenta. Komisia doplňuje otázky oponenta, a to: Prečo v práci používate legislatívu Slovenskej republiky? Zodpovedanie otázky: čiastočne. Čím je poháňaný koncový efektor? Podľa akej normy ho riešite? Zodpovedanie otázky: áno. Ako uvažujete s prístupom operátora k pracovisku? Zodpovedanie otázky: áno.
