Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is the preparation of project documentation for a newly
designed family house with business facilities located in the city of Nové Zámky. The
building is designed as a detached family house for a four-member family and is
situated on a flat plot. The structure is partially basemented and consists of two aboveground floors. The building is founded on strip foundations.
The vertical load-bearing structures are designed using the Porotherm system, while
the horizontal load-bearing structures are formed by monolithic reinforced concrete
slabs. The roofing is designed as a single-skin flat roof. A green roof is proposed above
the main part of the building, contributing to the improvement of the microclimate and
the aesthetic appearance of the structure. Above the business facilities, a walkable flat
roof is designed to serve as a terrace for the family.
The architectural design of the building follows a modern style with an emphasis on
functional spatial arrangement and the interconnection between the residential and
working areas of the house.

Studentka představila komisi svou bakalářskou práci. Na následujících snímcích ukázala lokalitu umístění objektu bytového domu a základní informace o budově rodinného domu a jeho dispoziční řešení. Následně představila konstrukční řešení stavby. Následně představila architektonické. Na závěr odpověděla na otázky oponenta. - Jakým způsobem bude kotveno zábradlí do atiky? A proč studentka zvolila chemické kotvení? - Jak je kotveno zábradlí do lodžie? A jaké by bylo jiné řešení? - Otázka k situaci - Jak lidé se dostanou do podnikatelské části budovy? - Jak je řešeno vsakování na pozemku a jaká zemina se zde nachází? - Jak budete řešit přívod čerstvého vzduchu? Studentka s velmi dobrým přehledem zaujímala odborná stanoviska ke všem připomínkám oponenta a velmi dobře reagovala i na všechny otázky členů komise, které byly k obhajované práci položeny.
