Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the design of heating and hot water preparation for a newly constructed four-story residential building. The theoretical part provides a comprehensive overview of district heating systems and heat transfer stations. The calculation section includes the design of the heating system, the heat source in the form of a compact object substation, the method of hot water heating, and the selection of individual system components. Furthermore, the calculation part addresses the heat loss calculation of the residential building, incorporating forced ventilation with heat recovery, pipe sizing, and the design of safety equipment. The heat source consists of a pressure-independent heat transfer station connected to a hot water primary network. Plate heat exchangers facilitate the transformation of the heat transfer medium parameters. The project part includes a technical report and drawing documentation.

Student nejprve představil svou bakalářskou práci formou prezentace v PowerPointu, kde popsal téma Návrh vytápění bytového domu. Vyjádřil se k připomínkám oponenta a odpovídal na připomínky členů komise. Otázky členů komise: 1. Graf dodávky odběru tepla. 2. Tlaková ztráta mezi čerpadly. 3. Zajištění chlazení zpátečky. 4. Otopná soustava a rozdíly teplot v ní. 5. Regulace vnitřního okruhu. 6. Zpětné získávání tepla / ztráty větráním. Student výborně reagoval a zaujal stanoviska ke všem připomínkám k předložené bakalářskébpráci od oponenta i členů komise.
