Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a forced ventilation and air conditioning system
for a continuous surgical service unit at a hospital complex in Brno. The main objective is to
ensure the required microclimatic conditions and high air purity within operating theatres. The
theoretical part summarizes the legislative requirements for cleanrooms, air cleanliness classes
according to EN ISO 14644-1, and the principles of multi-stage filtration. The practical part includes heating and cooling load calculations, determination of air flow rates to maintain the pressure cascade, and complete sizing of the ductwork. The thesis features the selection of a central
air handling unit with heat recovery, steam humidification.

Student nejprve představil svou bakalářskou práci formou prezentace v PowerPointu, kde popsal téma Vzduchotechnika čistých prostorů. Vyjádřil se k připomínkám oponenta a odpovídal na připomínky členů komise. Otázky členů komise: 1. Co znamená laminární strop s bočním přívodem? 2. Měl jste podklad medicínské technologie? 3. Potřeba odvlhčování v objektu. 4. Umístění ventilátorů v jednotce a celkové osazení komponentů v jednotce. 5. Čisté zóny a funkční ucelení sálů. 6. Stupně projektové dokumentace. 7. Vedení VZT v objektu. Trasy vedení. Na připomínky oponenta k předložené bakalářské práci reagoval student přijatelným způsobem a u většiny z nich se snažil zdůvodnit svá řešení. Na některé připomínky členů komise nereagoval přesvědčivým způsobem.
