This bachelor’s thesis deals with the preparation of a construction technology project for the rough upper structure phase of a residential building in Hrušovany u Brna. The thesis focuses on the design of technological procedures for masonry and monolithic reinforced concrete structures, construction site organization, and construction site layout planning. The work includes a technical report of the building, the design and assessment of transport routes for site supply, technological regulations for selected construction processes, and an inspection and testing plan.
Furthermore, the thesis addresses construction scheduling, the design of required construction machinery, and the organization of work procedures during the execution of the rough upper structure phase. A significant part of the thesis is devoted to occupational health and safety, identification of risks on the construction site, and the proposal of appropriate safety measures. The thesis also includes a construction site layout plan and traffic organization.
The result of the thesis is a proposal for a technically and organizationally suitable system for the execution of the rough upper structure of the residential building, ensuring a smooth construction process, safe working conditions, and efficient use of construction machinery and resources.
