This bachelor thesis deals with the pre-construction, construction, and operational preparation for the construction phase of the upper shell and core of the MAXMIN polyfunctional building in Brno-Žabovřesky. The main objective is to design a construction management plan and technological procedures within the conditions of a confined urban infill site on Minská Street. The thesis addresses specific logistical limits of the locality, including tram traffic within the railway protection zone and the restricted headroom of the courtyard entrance. Based on these limitations, the placement of a tower crane inside the building is proposed. The thesis includes a technical report, a bill of quantities and cost estimation processed in the BUILDpower S software, a time schedule processed in the CONTEC software, and a health and safety plan. Beyond the scope of the main topic, the thesis contains a technical and economic comparison of underfloor heating installation systems applied to the layouts of the solved building.
