Abstract:

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the preparation of the detailed design documentation for construction execution. It is a partially basemented apartment building with two above-ground floors and a gable roof. In total, the building accommodates 6 residential units with layouts of three 3+kk, one 2+kk, and two 1+kk apartments, providing a total capacity for 17 people. The first floor contains 3 residential units and a bicycle storage room, while the second floor houses the remaining 3 residential units. Each apartment includes at least one balcony or terrace. The underground floor contains technical facilities and storage spaces.
The building is designed as a masonry structure using the Porotherm ceramic block system, featuring monolithic reinforced concrete floor slabs and monolithic staircases. The roof structure consists of wooden nailed trusses with a 20° pitch of the top chord, covered with standing seam metal roofing. The building envelope is designed using the ETICS system, finished with a white mineral paste render.

Process of defence

Student představil komisi svou bakalářskou práci. Na následujících snímcích ukázal lokalitu umístění objektu a základní informace o budově a dispoziční řešení. Následně představil konstrukční řešení stavby a navrhované zateplení budovy. Následně představil architektonické řešení. Nadledně odpověděl na otázky komise: - Jakým způsobem má student řešen přístup do budovy a jak zohledňuje přístup pro osoby s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace? - Jakým způsobem bude řešeno větrání? - Byl v obci stanoven limit podlaží objektů? - Jakou střechu student v projektu navrhl a jakým způsobem počítal její provětrání? - Proč nepodsklepil budovu celou? Student s velmi dobrým přehledem zaujímal odborná stanoviska ke všem připomínkám oponenta a velmi dobře reagoval i na všechny otázky členů komise, které byly k obhajované práci položeny.
