The Bachelor’s thesis deals with the design of a detached house with nearly zero-energy consumption. The thesis consists of two parts. The first part of the thesis includes architectural and structural design, fire safety design, and building physics assessment of the structures and the house. The second part of the Bachelor’s thesis focuses on the design of building services systems, and energy performance of the house. The designed building is located in Rajhrad, in an area designated for residential development according to the spatial plan. The building has two storeys and flat roofs. The volume of the first floor is smaller than that of the ground floor, resulting in an irregular building shape. The house is designed as a multi-generational dwelling; it consists of two flats and an adjacent garage. The first dwelling unit includes a master bedroom with the walkin closet, two bedrooms, a guest room, a living room with an open space kitchen, a study, two bathrooms, a laundry room, storage space, garage and a utility room. The flat is intended for permanent occupancy by 4 people: 2 adults and 2 children. The second dwelling unit is designed as a studio apartment for 1 person. The building is founded on concrete strip footings. The walls are made of ceramic blocks. The façade is insulated with mineral wool ETICS. The horizontal load-bearing structures and the staircase are made of reinforced concrete. The flat roofs are designed as single-skin structures; above the first floor there are extensive green roofs, while above the second floor the roofing is bitumenous membrane. The house is connected to public infrastructure, such as water main, common sewerage system, and low-voltage electricity grid. Rainwater collected from the roofs is accumulated in a tank and used for garden irrigation. The space heating system is designed as a hydronic in-floor radiant, with an air-to-water heat pump as the main energy source. Domestic hot water is heated by the heat pump as well, with an electric auxiliary source. The project includes a detailed design of a mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery. The design of building services systems in the building considers the implementation of separate metering and control systems for each dwelling unit. The estimated heat loss of the building is 5 kW. The energy performance certificate classifies the house efficiency as A – very efficient.

2. Obhajte účinnost rekuperace v h-x diagramu. 3. Obhajte hloubku základů. 4. Jakým způsobem se dostanete k reviznímu otvoru a čistícímu kusu kanalizace? 5. Lze optimalizovat vzduchotechnické rozvody? 6. Jakým způsobem se počítají tepelné ztráty infiltrací? Studentka výborně reagovala a zaujala stanoviska ke všem připomínkám k předložené bakalářské práci od oponenta i členů komise.
