The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is the design of a low-energy single-family house, including the building structure, building services systems, and the Energy Performance Certificate. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part focuses on the architectural and structural design of the building, building physics assessment, and fire safety design. The second part deals with the design of building services systems and the energy performance evaluation of the building. The proposed single-family house is located in the municipality of Dolní Krupá in the Vysočina Region, Czech Republic. The building has an L-shaped floor plan and is intended for permanent occupancy by four persons. The main residential section consists of two above-ground floors and is covered by a pitched roof. An adjoining single-storey section contains a technical room and a carport and is covered by an extensive green roof. The load-bearing structure is formed by Porotherm ceramic masonry blocks, while the floor structure above the ground floor consists of a Porotherm beam-and-block ceiling system. The ground floor includes an open-plan living area with a kitchen, a study, and sanitary facilities. The upper floor contains a master bedroom, children's bedrooms, sanitary facilities, and walk-in wardrobes. Space heating and domestic hot water preparation are provided by an air-to-water heat pump. Heat distribution is realized through underfloor heating. The building is equipped with a balanced mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery, and active cooling is provided by fan coil units during the summer season. The design also includes a photovoltaic power system, a rainwater management system, and connections to the public water supply and electricity distribution network. According to the Energy Performance Certificate, the building achieves Energy Class A.
Single-family house, ceramic masonry blocks, external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS), low-energy building, air-to-water heat pump, heat recovery ventilation, photovoltaic system, underfloor heating, cooling, building services engineering, Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

3. Jak jste počítala tepelné ztráty větráním? 4. Jakým systémem je váš objekt chlazený? 5. Vysvětlete hloubku základové spáry. 6. Vysvětlete použití vašich rozvodů vzduchotechniky. Studentka vcelku dobře reagovala na připomínky oponenta i členů komise k předložené bakalářské práci a snažila se obhájit většinu svých řešení.
