The Bachelor’s thesis focuses on the design of an energy-efficient house for a four-member household, located in Úpice in the Hradec Králové Region. The thesis consists of two parts: the architectural and structural design, and the design of building services. The house has two above-ground floors, a flat roof, and a detached garage for two cars. Its L-shaped floor plan creates space for a winter garden with a terrace above it. The ground floor includes an entrance hall, a utility room, a bathroom, a toilet, a study, and an open-plan living area with a kitchen and a dining room. The upper floor contains two bedrooms, a master bedroom with a walk-in closet, a bathroom, a toilet, and a laundry room. The building is founded on strip foundations. The load-bearing walls are designed using acoustic ceramic masonry blocks. Floors and roofs are constructed as cast-in-place reinforced concrete slabs. The external walls are insulated with a contact EPS insulation system, and the façade is finished with natural stone cladding. The heat source is an air-to-water heat pump, which covers both space heating and domestic hot water preparation. Heat is distributed through a low-temperature underfloor heating system. Mechanical ventilation with heat recovery is provided by an Atrea Duplex unit located in the utility room. The unit provides high indoor air quality and minimises heat losses. Photovoltaic panels are installed on the flat roof. The system generates 7,115 kWh of electricity per year, reducing the building's grid electricity demand. Rainwater from the roofs is collected in a 3 m³ storage tank and used for garden irrigation. The thermal assessment confirms that all building envelope structures comply with the recommendations of ČSN 73 0540-2, and the calculated heat loss and energy performance correspond to the parameters of a nearly zero-energy building.

3. Uložení stropní konstrukce a ISO nosník. 4. Jaká je účinnost vaší rekuperace při nízkých teplotách? 5. Jaké jsou detailnější parametry systému chlazení? Studentka velmi dobře reagovala na připomínky oponenta i členů komise a snažila se zdůvodnit navržená a použitá řešení.
