The aim of this Bachelor’s thesis is the design of a two-storey energy-efficient single-family house in Rajhrad. The first part of the thesis focuses on the architectural and structural design, building physics, and fire safety design. The second part addresses the design of building services. The house is a two-storey building with a garage, forming an L-shaped plan with a flat green roof incorporating photovoltaic panels. The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, a utility room, a hall, a bathroom, a toilet, and an open-plan kitchen and a living area. The upper floor includes a hall, a bedroom, a bathroom, a toilet, and two rooms. The external load-bearing walls are designed using ceramic acoustic blocks insulated with expanded polystyrene (EPS). Floor and roof slab are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete slabs, while the foundations consist of strip footings. The green roof contributes to the visual integration of the building into the surrounding landscape and simultaneously provides stormwater retention. The collected rainwater is directed into a storage tank and subsequently used for garden irrigation. The main source of heating and cooling is an air-to-air heat pump system consisting of one outdoor unit and four indoor units. The heat pump is connected to the power grid. Part of it is electricity demand is covered by photovoltaic panels. Heating in an entrance hall, a utility room, a hall, the bathrooms and the toilets is provided by electric underfloor mats. Fresh air supply is managed by a mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery. The building meets the requirements for energy performance class A, as confirmed by the energy certificate.

2. Jaký používáte systém vytápění ve vašem objektu? 3. Jaké nežádoucí účinky má nevhodné umístění tepelného čerpadla? 4. Požární ochrana objektu a okolí. 5. Přivzdušnění kanalizačního potrubí. Studentka vcelku dobře reagovala na připomínky oponenta i členů komise k předložené bakalářské práci a snažila se obhájit většinu svých řešení.
