The main objective of my bachelor's thesis is the construction and technological solution of the rough superstructure of a residential building located in Nitra, on Kmeťova Street. This thesis contains a technical report of the given technological stage, the construction site layout with broader relations of transport routes, a technological specification with alternative solutions for vertical perimeter load-bearing walls, internal load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls, a site facility drawing together with a technical report, time schedules with alternative solutions, a proposed machinery assembly, a quality control and test plan for the masonry stage, and occupational safety measures. The final chapter of this thesis is an itemized budget, which also includes a bill of quantities for the alternative solution and a thermal transmittance assessment report.
