Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis deals with the preparation for the realization of the rough upper structure of an administrative building for the construction company STAEG. The aim of the thesis is to develop a construction technology project, which includes a technical report of the building, a site layout design including relevant drawings, and technological regulations for the execution of vertical and horizontal structures.The thesis includes the design of an optimal machinery set for the given technological stage, the development of a construction schedule, and the determination of quality requirements and occupational health and safety principles for the execution of the structures. As part of the extended assignment, the thesis also focuses on the alternative design of ceiling structures (comparison of a reinforced concrete slab and the Spiroll system), variant solutions for lifting mechanisms, the design of machinery sets for monolithic structures, and the detailed elaboration of selected construction technology details. The work is based on a provided part of the project documentation.
