Non-load-bearing tractor components are subjected to complex vibration loads during operation, which can lead to fatigue damage and premature component failure. Reliable prediction of the fatigue life of these components as early as the development phase is therefore a key prerequisite for ensuring safety and reducing costs. This work deals with the design and experimental verification of two methodological procedures for calculating fatigue life using the finite element method. The first methodological approach is based on the falling-rain method, while the second utilizes power spectral density and spectral methods. Both approaches were implemented in the ANSYS Workbench environment and the FEMFAT post-processor, including a detailed analysis of their applicability and practical recommendations for engineering practice. To experimentally verify the proposed sub-components of the methodology, a simplified test specimen was designed, on which modal analysis was performed to identify natural frequencies, mode shapes, and damping. Subsequent fatigue testing using vibration loads with time histories and PSD enabled the validation of both procedures and a comparison of their accuracy. The findings were subsequently applied to a non-load-bearing component of the Zetor 6170 tractor. The result of this work is a verified methodological procedure enabling prediction of the fatigue life of non-load-bearing tractor components as early as the development phase.

Student seznámil zkušební komisi s průběhem a výsledky své závěrečné práce.
