This bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a device for inserting wire into composite beehive frames, which, thanks to an innovative method of wire routing, enables the full automation of their production. The manufacturing of traditional wired wooden frames is a time-consuming and labor-intensive process, the full automation of which is difficult to imagine. The proposed device could therefore significantly increase the efficiency of producing new beehive frames. Since devices intended for the wiring of beehive frames are not publicly known, it was necessary to design both the device and its operating principle from scratch. In the research section of the thesis, an analysis of existing similar devices and possible design solutions for individual machine assemblies was first conducted. Based on the acquired findings, several conceptual designs of the device and its components were created, from which the most suitable final concept was developed. The output of the thesis is the mechanical design of the device, which is described in detail in the design section of the thesis and supplemented with assembly drawings of the main assembly, subassemblies, as well as drawings of selected components.
