The thesis focuses on the design and implementation of robotic automation task control with the aim of expanding students' knowledge in the field of automation. The main objective was to create a reliable, comprehensive workplace consisting of modern equipment used in Industry 4.0. The workplace integrates these modern systems and technologies into a single functional unit. The core of the system will be a programmable logic controller (PLC) that will control and coordinate the movements of the robot control unit, control the pneumatic valve manifold, and process signals from sensors. Above all this will be an HMI visual interface (control panel) that allows the user to select a specific sequence for the robotic cell. The work includes the design and manufacture of components, the configuration of industrial communication, and the development of the control logic for the entire robotic cell. The results also include materials for students, which will serve as a basis for teaching industry automation.

Student obeznámil komisi s výsledky své DP. Po přečtení posudků následovaly dotazy oponenta (viz posudek oponenta) a komise: Reference v TEXu (výtka - práce by potřebovala větší kontrolu, pečlivost). Prokombinování hardware (SMC, Siemens). Diagnostika. Ověření, feedback od studentů (lab. úloha). Naprogramování robota (jen simulačně?) Bezpečnostní prvky. Vizualní prostředí (využití AI). Student reagoval na všechny dotazy sebevědomě a komise byla s reakcemi spokojena.
