This bachelor’s thesis presents a review of the use of multirotor drones for sling load operations. It maps the main areas of application — construction, healthcare, commercial delivery, geophysical surveying, and controlled avalanche release — and compares 16 commercially available drones with payload capacities ranging from 6 to 200 kg in terms of their performance parameters. The thesis further evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of drones compared to piloted helicopters in terms of operating costs, payload capacity, and safety, describes the possibilities of cooperative manipulation of a single load by a group of drones, and summarizes the current state of research activities, including reinforcement learning, model predictive control, and alternative hybrid propulsion systems. The results indicate that multicopters represent a safe and economically favorable alternative to piloted aircraft for lighter loads over short distances, while VTOL platforms prevail on longer logistics routes.

Študent prezentoval výsledky svojej bakalárskej práce komisii. Nasledovala otázka oponenta. Študent odpovedal na otázku oponenta samostatne ku spokojnosti komisie. Prvá otázka komisie k práci bola zameraná na obmedzenia a rizika v rozvoji týchto UAV. Študent odpovedal na otázku samostatne ku spokojnosti komisie. Druhá otázka komisie k práci bola zameraná na certifikáciu UAV. Ako je to s údržbou (lietadiel)? Študent odpovedal na otázku z časti samostatne, z časti s pomocou. Tretia otázka komisie k práci bola zameraná na dron DJI, ktorý bol spomenutý v práci. Študent objasnil otázku. Štvrtá otázka komisie k práci bola zameraná na Remote ID. Je k tomu standard? Študent odpovedal na otázku s pomocou ku spokojnosti komisie. Následne sa prešlo na všeobecnú rozpravu.
