The bachelor’s thesis deals with the issue of porosity and outgassing of 3D-printed components manufactured using FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology for vacuum application. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the issue of outgassing of materials used in FDM printing, while the practical part focuses on the analysis of porosity in printed components using X-ray computed tomography (CT). For the experimental part of the thesis, six printing configurations with different types of internal infill were designed and manufactured from Prusament PC Space Grade Black material. Subsequently, the samples were evaluated using CT analysis in terms of porosity. The results showed that, for the selected printing configurations, the highest concentration of pores occurred mainly in the perimeter regions, while the influence of the internal infill on the overall porosity was less significant.
