This master's thesis focuses on the structural design and stress analysis of three variants of a scissor lift mechanism with a nominal capacity of 2,000 kg and a stroke range of 400 to 1,300 mm. The main objective is to compare three different power transmission concepts: a linear hydraulic drive, a Spiralift telescopic column system, and a Serapid push-chain system. The theoretical part provides a review of existing lifting equipment and drives in accordance with ČSN EN 1570 and ČSN EN 280 standards. The practical part involves the creation of 3D models in Solidworks software and subsequent numerical analysis using the finite element method in ANSYS Workbench. Based on the acquired data, a comprehensive comparison of stiffness, stability, and stress distribution of the load-bearing structures is performed. The thesis concludes with a safety evaluation of the proposed solutions and recommendations for the optimal variant for specific industrial applications.
