This diploma thesis deals with the design of a mobile test braking block intended for hydraulic circuit testing of construction machinery. The proposed device is compatible with the Liebherr SWA 48 Solidlink (Likufix) quick-coupler system and enables hydraulic load simulation within a defined range of pressures and flow rates directly in the field, without the need to transport the machine to a specialized service centre. The theoretical part analyses methods for measuring hydraulic quantities, reviews sensor systems of leading manufacturers, and summarises relevant technical standards. Based on defined design requirements like maximum pressure 420 bar, maximum flow rate 360 l/min, maximum braking power 250 kW hydraulic components were selected and a hydraulic circuit with two test branches was designed. The hydraulic circuit was verified by simulation in Simcenter Amesim. The load-bearing frame is designed as a welded steel structure made of S355JR steel and was assessed by finite element analysis in MSC Apex 2025.2 / Nastran SOL 101 for three load cases. The results confirmed sufficient structural safety for all considered loading conditions.

Student prezentoval svou závěrečnou práci a odpověděl na otázky vedoucího i oponenta. Dále odpovídal na dotazy členů zkušební komise a to následovně: 1) Lze s rámem manipulovat i jinak než VZV? Úchyty např. na hák? - odpověděl 2) Jaká byla celková hmotnost standu? - odpověděl 3) Tepelný výpočet hydraulického obvodu - částečně odpověděl
