This master's thesis deals with the design and practical implementation of a process for multi-color and multi-material 3D printing. The aim of the work was to improve the functional and design properties of components by combining different materials in a single printing cycle. In the theoretical part, an analysis of current technologies was performed, based on which an Independent Dual Extruder (IDEX) system combined with multi-entry hotends was selected. The practical part includes a complete structural design of the X-portal and modification of the Ender 3 Pro printer. The solution involved the installation of a BTT Manta M8P v2.0 control board and the configuration of Klipper firmware. Through precise offset calibration and the implementation of the Input Shaper function, a reduction in waste material and an increase in print surface quality were achieved. The functionality of the entire system was verified by test printing with PLA and PETG materials, with the results confirming the efficiency of the proposed solution compared to common commercial systems.

Student obeznámil komisi s výsledky své DP. Po přečtení posudků následovaly dotazy oponenta (viz posudek) a komise: Spolehlivost, kvalita tisku. Cíl práce (co se týče srovnání nabídky na trhu). Software (testování). Úprava mechaniky (vibrace). Dotaz na použité materiály. Doba na zpracování. Potenciál úspěšnosti tiskárny na trhu. Komise ocenila výsledek (3D tiskárnu).
