This thesis focuses on the automated replacement of 3D printer print plates, specifically for the Prusa MK4S model. The goal was to design a device capable of performing the replacement autonomously without operator intervention. The target audience consists of small businesses and 3D printing farms, for which the device will increase production efficiency. The design must be affordable, compact, and capable of being expanded to support additional printers. Design requirements were established for the project, and force measurements were conducted to determine the necessary drive specifications. The selected concept was then refined through several iterations until reaching its final form. The resulting design is capable of autonomously removing the used print sheet from the printer and replacing it with a clean one, enabling continuous production without the need for human intervention. A cost analysis was conducted and further modifications necessary for the system’s full-scale operation were identified.

Student bez problémů odpověděl. -Způsoby měření síly a princip měření síly v práci. Student odpověděl s drobným zaváháním.
