This bachelor's thesis deals with the design and implementation of an autonomous control system for a local air conditioning unit. The objective is a fully non-invasive solution that mechanically operates the existing wall-mounted switch based on sensor data, thereby regulating the room temperature without interfering with the electrical installation. The hardware architecture consists of a distributed network of microcontrollers. Peripheral measuring nodes collect data regarding temperature, humidity, and the current operational state of the air conditioning unit, wirelessly transmitting it to the central control unit. The central unit subsequently performs the actuation via a servomotor. For local configuration of operational parameters, the control unit features a user interface with a display and a rotary encoder. The thesis describes the hardware design, software development, and control logic implementation. This logic evaluates the necessity of control actions based on time windows, occupancy detection, and current relative humidity. Final experimental measurements serve to verify the functionality of the designed hardware and control algorithm under test conditions.

Student seznámil komisi s výsledky své bakalářské práce a odpověděl na otázky oponenta. Následovala diskuze k závěrečné práci a otázky komise: Cenová náročnost řešení. Použití jiných senzorů pro zjištění počtu osob v místnosti. Co se děje v případě otevření okna. Použití PIR senzorů. Použití termokamery pro snímaní místnosti. Student odpověděl na dotazy komise k její spokojenosti.
