The master's thesis focuses on development of two AI-driven services for robotics, namely scene evaluation service and path planning service. They were selected with regard to their potential application in industrial environments, where the availability of computational resources is continuously increasing. Despite this trend, such resources are often underutilized due to continued reliance on traditional automation approaches and the lack of expertise required for the deployment of modern AI-based robotic systems. To address this issue, the thesis proposes a modular solution based on ROS 2 architecture, providing a high degree of versatility and interoperability. The developed services are distributed using Docker containers, enabling simplified deployment. The proposed framework was experimentally validated on more than one robotic hardware configuration.

Student obeznámil komisi s výsledky své DP. Po přečtení posudků, které byly nadstandardně pochvalné, následovaly dotazy oponenta (viz posudek) a komise: Zajímavá ukázka robota. Konkrétní fce AI. Orchestrátor (ID, přechod voxelů). Možnost integrace konkrétního cíle (student uvedl motivaci). Řešení dynamiky (rychlost). Student na všechny dotazy odpovídal zajímavě a komise byla s reakcemi nadmíru spokojena.
