Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the construction  solution of the substructure of a residential building in Olomouc. The primary focus is on excavation, earthworks, and foundation works. The thesis addresses the technical report, logistics, technological procedures, bill of quantities, itemized budget, site layout design, construction schedule, machinery fleet design, implementation of a test control and inspection plan, occupational health and safety solutions, and the presentation of alternative technological solutions. Detailed drawings, documentation, and SVOČ projects are included as appendices.

Student představil svoji bakalářskou práci v celém svém rozsahu a dílčími komentáři k návrhu. Následně student zodpověděl dotazy oponenta. Další dotazy členů komise k vlastnímu zpracování práce byly následující: doc. Motyčka Dotaz k provedení betonáže základové konstrukce. Student částečně odpověděl. doc. Kantová Dotaz k dani z přidané hodnoty. Student odpověděl. Obsah položek v položkovém rozpočtu a jejich věcné započtení. Student odpověděl.
