Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the implementation of the roofing phase of a newly built residential building SALT MILL RESIDENCE in Olomouc. The proposed structure is a gable roof with a slope of 35°, formed by a traditional timber roof truss and covered with COMAX standing-seam sheet-metal roofing. The thesis focuses on the technological aspects of constructing this roofing system, including material transport, construction methodology for the roof truss assembly and for the roofing and tinsmith works, bill of quantities, cost estimate, and site layout design. It also includes a construction schedule, machinery setup proposal, inspection and test plan, and solutions related to occupational health and safety. Detailed drawings and construction details are provided in the appendices.
