This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the conceptual design of an indoor bridge crane with a load capacity of 10 tonnes. The introductory section contains a classification of cranes and a brief literature review. The main part of the thesis is dedicated to specific design and verification calculations. First, the crane is classified based on the given parameters and anticipated operating conditions. In the design of the hoisting mechanism, a suitable concept is selected, including the selection of a wire rope hoist. This is followed by the selection and verification of the wire rope, and the determination of the dimensions of the sheaves, hook block, and rope drum including its mounting. Furthermore, the thesis addresses the dimensioning and subsequent verification of the electric motor, gearbox, brake, and drum coupling in the hoisting mechanism. The final part is devoted to the travel mechanism of the crane bridge, which includes the design of travel wheels and rails, the selection of the drive, and the verification of selected components. The result is a conceptual design meeting the specified requirements, which also includes the relevant drawing documentation.

Student prezentoval svou závěrečnou práci a odpověděl na otázky vedoucího i oponenta.
