This master's thesis deals with the structural design of a height-adjustable roller conveyor station with a load capacity of 900 kg. The main objective was to design a robust device that eliminates non-uniform loading of the structure and prevents premature wear of critical components, such as guide rollers and load-bearing ropes. A scissor lift mechanism was selected as the optimal solution, whereby the elimination of risks associated with geometric inaccuracies was achieved through the appropriate choice of structural arrangement and specific components. Core parts of the mechanism were subjected to strength analysis to verify their reliability and stiffness. The calculation results confirmed that the proposed design safely withstands the maximum operating load. The outputs of the thesis include the final structural solution, complete engineering drawings of the main assembly, and a proposed maintenance system to ensure reliable operation.
