Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the economic efficiency of public investment projects using the cost-benefit analysis method. The theoretical part defines the life cycle of a construction project, the feasibility study, the principles of cost-benefit analysis and the indicators of economic efficiency. The practical part is processed in the form of a case study of the public construction project of the Academy Park parking garage with the adjacent outdoor area in Brno, on which the financial and economic efficiency of the investment is assessed.

Závěrečnou práci obhajovala jasně a srozumitelně. Z jejího přednesu bylo patrné, že k úkolům, které řešila, přistupovala velmi zodpovědně. Na otázky členů komise odpověděla pohotově a s přehledem. Rovněž na doplňkové otázky od oponenta odpověděla správně a jasně. Státní zkušební komise závěrem konstatovala, že studentka svou závěrečnou práci obhájila na výborné požadované úrovni.
