Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the practical application of Building Information
Modeling (BIM) and Common Data Environment (CDE) methods in the preparation
and management of construction projects. The theoretical part of the thesis
analyzes the basic principles of BIM methodology and the role of CDE in the project
management process.
In the practical part, a case study demonstrates the workflow using tools such as
Revit and BEXEL Manager, focusing on the creation of a building information
model and subsequent analysis of the impact of project changes.

Závěrečnou práci obhajoval jasně a srozumitelně. Z jeho přednesu bylo patrné, že k úkolům, které řešil, přistupoval velmi zodpovědně. Na otázky členů komise odpověděl pohotově a s přehledem. Rovněž na doplňkové otázky od oponenta odpověděl správně a jasně. Státní zkušební komise závěrem konstatovala, že student svou závěrečnou práci obhájil na výborné požadované úrovni.
