This bachelor thesis analyses the fundamental aspects entering the process of construction company brand valuation. Attention is paid to identifying factors that influence brand value within the demanding environment of the construction market and their direct impact on overall competitiveness. The theoretical part defines the specifics of the construction industry and a construction company, followed by a definition of the brand concept and theoretical approaches to determining its value. The practical part focuses on a specific entity, where brand perception by key stakeholders is examined through a questionnaire survey. Based on the analysis of the data obtained, the dominant determinants forming brand value in the eyes of customers and business partners are evaluated. The concluding part synthesises the main findings and formulates recommendations aimed at strengthening the brand position within the company's strategic development.
