Abstract:

This thesis analyzes the concept of “smart technologies” at the city and household
levels, including a description of the city’s character, an assessment of sustainability,
and the factors contributing to a smart environment. It covers current trends in
smart technologies, provides a detailed description of these technologies along with
their advantages and disadvantages, and presents examples and principles of how
they function. 
The first chapter of the practical section presents the results of a qualitative survey
conducted among residents of the Czech Republic and an analysis of their responses
regarding economic aspects, interest in smart technologies, sustainability, and social
aspects. The second chapter of the practical section compares the use of smart and
traditional technologies from an economic perspective, in terms of convenience,
and in terms of their impact on the user’s physical and mental well-being.

Během své prezentace s názvem Smart home technologie a jejich vliv na městské prostředí student pohovořil o cílech práce, o výsledcích dotazníku (Bariéry a investiční ochota). Dále student navázal modelovým objektem, kde představil jednotlivé návrhy - energetické systémy, environmentální systémy (žaluzie, šedé vody), bezpečnost a doplňkové systémy, automatické osvětlení. Následovaly dotazy členů komise: doc. Mgr. Tomáš Apeltauer, Ph.D. položil otázku: Jakým způsobem jste u fotovoltaiky došel k dané částce? Kde jste vzal cenu plynu? Ing. Marie Rusinová, Ph.D. položila otázku: Zohledňoval jste opravy do návratnosti? Student na otázky odpověděl.
