This bachelor’s thesis deals with the estimation of construction project costs and the comparison of selected valuation methods in terms of their accuracy and practical applicability. The theoretical part describes the basic principles of construction cost estimation, especially technical and economic indicators, the comparative method, and the itemized budget. In the practical part, several valuation methods are applied to a specific project, namely technical and economic indicators, their extension including indirect costs, the comparative method based on reference buildings, and estimation using the KUBIX software tool. The results of individual methods are compared and evaluated. The thesis highlights the differences between approximate and detailed estimation methods and emphasizes the importance of choosing an appropriate approach depending on the stage of project preparation and the availability of input data.
