The topic of this bachelor's thesis is the preparation and execution of the building envelope of the Salt Mill Residence residential building in Olomouc. The thesis deals with the execution of the building envelope, in particular the installation of openings, the insulation of the plinth area and the application of the external thermal insulation composite system ETICS on the building facade.
The thesis includes a technical report, the site situation with broader transport relations, a bill of quantities for the given technological stage and a technological regulation for the installation of the insulation system including a resource balance. The thesis further contains a construction site organisation proposal, a site facilities drawing, a realisation time schedule, a machinery assembly proposal, an inspection and test plan, and an occupational safety solution for the given stage.
The thesis concludes with an assessment of the ETICS from technical, economic and risk perspectives.
