Abstract:

This bachelor thesis addresses the pricing of electrical installation works in construction practice. The primary objective is to evaluate deviations between the indicative guideline prices of selected pricing systems and actual market costs in specific public procurement projects. The theoretical part describes the fundamental concepts of pricing, the structure of budgetary costs, and the methodology of the ÚRS, RTS, and OTSKP systems. The practical part is based on an analysis of four reference projects from 2020 to 2025, focusing on public lighting and indoor electrical installations. The methodology consists of reworking the original budgets into individual pricing systems while maintaining the physical scope and temporal alignment of price levels, followed by a comparison with the contract budgets of the winning contractors. The analysis identifies dominant cost components and evaluates representative items. The findings indicate that pricing according to standardized systems is not always sufficient for electrical installations, and for specific components, it is necessary to supplement the budget with an individualized calculation.

Keywords:

Pricing system, indicative guideline price, market price, cost estimate, public procurement, electrical installation works, ÚRS, RTS, OTSKP.
