Abstract:

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the price and material analysis of residential building structural systems in terms of investment costs, thermal-technical properties, and technological requirements during construction. The thesis compares three commonly used structural systems for family houses – the POROTHERM ceramic masonry system without additional thermal insulation, the YTONG aerated concrete system with an external thermal insulation composite system, and a lightweight timber frame structure. The thesis includes a description of construction materials, their advantages and disadvantages, an overview of budgeting methods, and an explanation of the fundamental principles of thermal protection of buildings. For comparison purposes, a model family house in passive house standard with a unified heat transfer coefficient of external wall structures was designed. Based on itemized budgets prepared using the RTS pricing system, a cost analysis and comparison of the selected structural systems were carried out. The result of the thesis is an evaluation of the economic demands of the selected construction variants and an assessment of their suitability for the construction of passive family houses.

Závěrečnou práci obhajoval jasně a srozumitelně. Z jeho přednesu bylo patrné, že k úkolům, které řešil, přistupoval zodpovědně. Na otázky členů komise odpověděl pohotově a s přehledem. Rovněž na doplňkové otázky od oponenta odpověděl správně a jasně. Státní zkušební komise závěrem konstatovala, že student svou závěrečnou práci obhájil na výborné požadované úrovni.
