Abstract:

This bachelor’s thesis examines the topic of construction project management from the investor’s perspective. The theoretical section explains basic concepts and introduces methods used in project planning. The practical section focuses on the application of selected project management methods to the construction project of a residential complex. The residential complex consists of two semi-detached houses and is located on the outskirts of Olomouc, in the Slavonín district.

Závěrečnou práci obhajoval na dobré úrovni vyžadované pro bc. práce. Z jeho přednesu bylo patrné, že k úkolům, které řešil, přistupoval dobře. Na otázky členů komise odpověděl na dobré úrovni. Rovněž na doplňkové otázky od vedoucího závěrečné práce a oponenta odpověděl dobře. Státní zkušební komise závěrem konstatovala, že student svou závěrečnou práci obhájil na dobré požadované úrovni.
