The objective of this bachelor’s thesis is to design and evaluate the effectiveness of installing a heat pump as the primary heat source for a selected single-family home. The thesis is divided into six main sections. The first section describes the characteristics of heat pumps and their components. The second section then focuses on the various types of heat pumps. The third section describes the building and determines the required heat source output. The fourth and fifth section contains a detailed design of the operating cycle using R290 refrigerant and its optimization. In the concluding section, which focuses on the economic evaluation, the proposed heat pump is compared with a gas condensing boiler

Student odprezentoval obsah své bakalářské práce. Otázky oponenta byly zodpovězeny. V průběhu obhajoby byly položeny tyto doplňující otázky: Uvažoval jste zateplení? Zodpovězeno.
