This diploma thesis deals with the metrological evaluation of selected design characteristics of the trigger connector and trigger bar of the Glock 17 Gen 5 pistol. The work focuses mainly on the contact interaction between the trigger connector and the trigger bar, which affects the working movement of the trigger mechanism and the resulting trigger pull force. The initial part of the thesis contains a system analysis of the trigger mechanism, based on which functional parameters suitable for metrological evaluation are identified. Measuring systems are then selected for the evaluation of the contact surface angle, surface texture and edge condition of the contact areas. The experimental part includes measurements of original as well as sport-oriented trigger connector variants. The main output of the thesis is a regression model describing the relationship between the contact surface angle of the trigger connector and the declared trigger pull force. The results indicate that the change in the contact surface angle has a more significant influence on the nominal trigger pull force than the observed differences in surface texture parameters. The thesis also includes a proposal of basic drawing documentation of the trigger connector and practical recommendations showing the possibility of controlled modification of the contact surface geometry in order to achieve the required trigger pull force.

Študent komisii prezentuje tému svojej záverečnej práce, rozoberá jej ciele. Nadväzuje svojím riešením, prezentovaním výsledkov a vyvodením záverov. Následne sú prečítané posudky vedúceho práce a oponenta. Prebieha diskusia a študent odpovedá na položené otázky: Aký je rozdiel medzi chybovým a neistotovým prístupom vyhodnocovania výsledkov merania? Zodpovedanie otázky: áno. Aký je postup hodnotenia spôsobilosti meracieho systému? Zodpovedanie otázky: čiastočne. Čomu sa venuje norma ISO 14253-1? Zodpovedanie otázky: nie. Čo je podstatou posúdenia zhody so špecifikáciou? Zodpovedanie otázky: čiastočne. Vysvetlite čo vyjadrujú parametre Rz a Sz? Zodpovedanie otázky: čiastočne.
