Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the design of a new kindergarten building in the village of
Bochoř. The aim of the project is to create a modern and functional preschool facility with
a total capacity of 56 children. The building is designed as a single-storey L-shaped
structure, respecting the scale of the surrounding residential development.
The main operational part consists of two classrooms with direct access to the outdoor
play area. The classrooms are covered by a mono-pitch roof, while the remaining parts of
the building are designed with flat green roofs. The layout is organized around a central
hall, ensuring clear and safe movement throughout the building.
The school is positioned in the eastern part of the plot, creating a protected garden on the
western side. Parking spaces are located on the southern edge of the site, with service
access separated on the eastern side. The thesis also includes the design of exterior
areas, greenery and the connection to technical infrastructure.
The project contains the architectural, spatial and technical solutions of the building,
including construction documentation at the level required for implementation.

Úvodem studentka představila svou práci Mateřská škola Bochoř. Následně byly přečteny posudky vedoucího a oponenta bakalářské práce. Připomínky oponenta směřovaly k významu budovy v uličním prostranství, formě vstupní haly, poloze šatny, čistému a špinavému provozu, zelené střeše, hydroizolace,detailu nadpraží oken, na přednesené dotazy studentka reagovala. Dále proběhla odborná rozprava nad bakalářskou prací a komise formovala následující dotazy: vztah architektury školky a okolní zástavby, architektonickému detailu, tepelná technika, stropní konstrukce, akustika, řešení střešní vpusti, grafickému zpracování architektonickému elaborátu. Studentka se snažila vcelku dobře reagovat na připomínky oponenta a zdůvodňovat svoje navrhovaná řešení, rovněž na většinu otázek členu komise k předložené práci reagovala dobře.
